The staff's helpfulness
Clean and tidy campsite with good amenities. It was especially set up for people with young children. You had good WIFI at the pitch.
We were able to choose our own pitch which was a bonus. Loved the rustic feel and watching the ducklings. The fresh cereal bread every morning was a bonus. Lovely hot showers.
The helpfulness on Natalie who resolved our issue of booking the wrong type of accommodation with friendliness and efficiency
